Updated the Calendar to display the per-category totals broken down by pay period as well as the totals for the month. (Note: the per-pay period totals may not equal those for the month, depending on if the pay periods include dates outside of the displayed month.)
Added a /calendar/payPeriodSummary/{year}/{month} endpoint to retrieve the per-category breakdown report.
